Your allergy team

Three parts, one plan. Each one knows what the others are doing, so you don't have to repeat yourself.

From day one

A coach

A real person who gets to know your allergies and checks in every week.

Makes the decisions

An allergist

Diagnoses and prescribes by video. In person only when needed, like a skin test.

Every day

The Sensia app

Check-ins, reminders and a forecast for your allergies, with your progress in one place.

Every medical decision is made by your allergist. Your coach and the app help with everything in between.

Still struggling, even on treatment that used to help.

With Sensia CareQuick check-ins show how you're really doing. Your allergist sees it and can change the plan.

19%write about side effects or not being able to stop

These tablets make me so tired

Drowsy days, itching after stopping, sprays that make it worse.

#1most common phrase: brain fog

I wake up tired and I feel like I can't fully rest

Bad nights and foggy days, not just sneezing.

With Sensia CareCheck-ins track sleep and energy too, so your allergist sees the whole picture.

Step up when it's not enough

If your check-ins show it isn't working, your allergist changes the plan, often without a new visit.

Questions

Is my coach a doctor?

No. Your coach is trained in allergy care and helps with routines, questions and getting ready for harder weeks. Anything medical goes to your allergist.

What does the assistant do?

It answers quick questions right away, using your plan and your check-ins. Your coach reads along and steps in. It never changes your treatment.

Do I need immunotherapy?

Not necessarily. Many people get their symptoms under control with the right everyday treatment. If your allergist thinks immunotherapy could help, we'll explain the options and support you through it.

What if a medicine gives me side effects?

Tell your coach or log it in the app. Your coach passes it to your allergist the same day, and your allergist decides whether to change your treatment. If you have trouble breathing or swelling of the face or throat, call 911.

I can't stop my allergy tablet or nose spray. Can you help?

Yes, this is part of the program. Many people find it hard to stop a daily allergy tablet or a decongestant nose spray. Please don't stop or switch on your own. Your allergist can make a plan with you, and your coach helps you through it day by day.

I'm already on allergy shots. Can I join?

Tell us in the questions when you sign up. We're working out how to support people who already get immunotherapy from their own allergist, and we'll let you know before your group opens.

How do prescriptions work?

Your allergist sends prescriptions to the pharmacy you choose, or to a mail-order pharmacy that delivers to your door.

Which states do you cover?

We're opening state by state, starting where our allergists are licensed. Tell us where you live and we'll let you know when your state opens.

What does reserving a place mean?

It holds your place in the first group with a small deposit. It's not a payment for the program, and nothing else is charged until you decide to start. You can get a full refund any time before your program starts: just reply to any of our emails. If you join, it counts toward your first month. If we don't open in your state, we refund you automatically.

When does it start?

Soon. We open in small groups, state by state, and we'll email you before your group starts.

What happens to my answers?

We use them only to contact you about Sensia Care and to prepare for your first visit. We never sell your data.

Get your allergy team

It's not "just allergies". Let's treat it properly. Two minutes to start, and your coach takes it from there.

Questions? hello@sensia.life

Where do you live?
